Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads and e-magazines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Initiating a Return:

Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs:

Returns can be done at a drop-off location, when able to.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
